Ohme, based in London, is seeking a Customer Operations Executive to provide exceptional support to customers throughout their EV charging journey. The role is based in our London office, with a hybrid schedule and collaborative teamwork.
You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, maintain CRM records, and help continuously improve support processes. A minimum of two years in customer support and experience with CRM tools are required, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
