N-able is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Edinburgh to help shape a distributor-led model across EMEA. You will manage 80–100 partner accounts, build relationships with distributors and MSPs, and drive retention, value, and growth in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
This hybrid role requires native or fluent French (C1) and strong English communication, with minimum 3 days per week in the Edinburgh office and 2 days remote.
