Chase UK is seeking a Global Complaints Specialist to own cases end to end, delivering fair, clear and timely outcomes across phone, chat and email. You will partner with multiple teams to gather facts, understand root causes and resolve issues efficiently, often within three working days.
You'll help protect vulnerable customers, communicate decisions confidently and constructively, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement in complaint handling.
