Customer Service Advisor

Meraki Talent are seeking experienced Customer Services professionals for a number of temporary contracts within the Edinburgh area. Based from Edinburgh Gyle, you will work as part of a larger team, providing first class customer services to existing customers. Applicants should have gained experience within a fast paced organisation, where the needs of the customer are put first. Key duties will include

• Providing a first class customer experience via telephone and digital support channels.
• Completing accurate customer requests
• Dealing with existing customer queries
• Updating in house systems with accurate customer data
• Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
• Promoting digital channels to existing customers

Applicants should be able to demonstrate first class customer service skills, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
