Customer Service Administrator

Meraki Talent are seeking experienced Customer Services Administrators for a number of temporary contracts within the Edinburgh area. Based from Edinburgh Gyle, you will work as part of a larger team, providing first class customer services to existing customers, dealing with all aspects of administration. Applicants should have gained experience within a fast paced organisation, where the needs of the customer are put first.

Key duties will include

• Processing customer requests
• Completing accurate customer requests
• Dealing with existing customer queries
• Investigate and solve customer queries
• Liaising with advisors
• Updating in house systems with accurate customer data
• Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate first class customer service skills, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. It is essential applicants have excellent attention to detail and the ability to process information accurately. Additionally, applicants should be able to work in a fast paced, and ever changing environment, while delivering first class customer results.
