The Standard in London is seeking a Reservations Agent who will be the first connection to our guests, handling hotel and spa reservations by phone, email, GDS, and online channels with warmth and accuracy.
You will coordinate with Front Desk and other departments, stay informed on room types, rates, and services, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience while driving occupancy and revenue.
