Queen Margaret University is seeking a Helpdesk Adviser to join the Campus Services Helpdesk at the Learning Resource Centre in Edinburgh. The role focuses on delivering a first point of contact and ensuring courteous, efficient support for IT, library, estates, and accommodation queries.
The post is Grade 4 (£25,249–£28,778 pro rata with progression to £31,236), 20.5 hours per week (0.57 FTE), and open-ended.
