Atos Group in Edinburgh is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Life and Pensions Centre of Excellence. This telephony role in a fast-paced contact centre acts as the first point of contact for inbound calls, providing product/service information and resolving issues.
Training is provided for six weeks with support before handling real calls. Responsibilities include handling inquiries across the full product range, documenting resolutions, and maintaining advisor relationships
