Location: Scotland & Newcastle

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (shift rota between 7:00am and 9:00pm). Flexibility is required to meet business needs, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work available.

Join Rapport's Network Team as a Mobile Front of House Ambassador
, supporting a portfolio of prestigious corporate workplaces across Edinburgh, Scotland and Newcastle. You'll provide seamless front-of-house cover across multiple client sites, ensuring every visitor and colleague receives a professional, welcoming experience.

• Provide versatile front-of-house support across the Rapport portfolio, including reception, concierge, lobby hosting, and helpdesk functions.
• Handle guest enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing calls with confidence and a high standard of professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external service partners to deliver a seamless, high-quality guest journey.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as responsibilities evolve, including adjustments to shifts or work locations.

• Flexibility when it comes to travel. Be willing to travel across London and the M25.
• Bring a minimum of one year's customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a five-star hotel, corporate setting, or luxury venue.
• Show genuine passion and drive for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Communicate confidently with an excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and similar software tools.
