We're holding a Recruitment Day in Edinburgh and you can take the first step toward an exciting career in the skies.
Your Journey to Becoming a Qualified Cabin Crew MemberYour journey will start with a 6-week training course, where you'll learn all the fundamental skills you'll need as part of your day-to-day role—delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience to our guests. During the course, you'll be required to study, with exams taking place at regular intervals. The training culminates with Supernumerary flights, followed by your Cabin Crew Wings.
You'll be immersed in our culture from day one, and the career opportunities are endless—including becoming a Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even aspiring to become our Director of Inflight.
Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding, but it's also a demanding position where safety is our number one priority. You'll be required to operate both early and late shifts—reporting for duty as early as 5 AM on the early roster and not returning home until midnight on the afternoon roster. If you're not a morning person, think twice before applying!
EssentialRequirements
- Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Height requirement:
Approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm). - Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and support someone else in the water.
- Hardworking, flexible, and with an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
- Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
- A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
- Daily per diem whilst training – £28 per day.
