Location: City of Edinburgh
The City of Edinburgh Council is recruiting a Complaints Triage Officer at Fort Social Work Centre. This permanent role focuses on ensuring that the voices of children who use services, their families and carers are heard, with complaints triaged and addressed within statutory timescales.
You will be the first point of contact for Children’s Social Work and Education complaints and enquiries, working with colleagues across Edinburgh to drive learning from feedback and improve outcomes.
