Location: City of Edinburgh
Sunbelt Rentals in Edinburgh is seeking a Hire Controller on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will manage the end-to-end customer journey, communicating via phone, email and website requests to deliver a best-in-class service and maximize upselling opportunities.
Ideal candidates will have proven customer service experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Training and development support are provided.
