We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Service Support Administrator to join our Assets Team. If you are organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering outstanding service, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role

Reporting to the Service Support Senior, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our tenants, residents and customers receive the right support at the right time. You'll work closely with contractors and colleagues across the organisation to resolve enquiries quickly, coordinate services effectively and deliver positive outcomes for our customers.

You'll also provide comprehensive administrative support to our Assets Team, helping to keep our services running smoothly while ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

What you will be doing
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with contractors and internal teams to ensure repairs and service requests are completed successfully.
  • Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the Assets Team.
  • Maintain and update Viewpoint systems, ensuring records are accurate, up to date and fully compliant.
  • Support the organisation in meeting regulatory, statutory and internal compliance requirements.
  • Build positive working relationships with colleagues across the organisation.
  • Contribute to a supportive, collaborative and customer-focused working culture

Please be aware there is a business requirement to work 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4.30pm on a Friday to provide the expected level of customer service. Whilst this is a hybrid post, working within your team there will be an expectation you will be based at our offices on a regular basis
