You will handle visa applications and renewals as the primary contact for applicants, guiding them through each stage of their visit.
This office-based role requires a valid DBS certificate and involves 37.5 hours weekly on a rota, including some Saturdays, with shifts between 8:00am and 5:30pm.
Your duties include greeting clients, helping with form completion, and verifying documentation for accuracy.
Strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability are essential for managing varied customer needs efficiently.
Prior administrative or customer-facing experience proves advantageous.

Hours:
37.5 hours per week, rota basis
Monday to Wednesday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Thursday and Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 4:00pm / 2-4 Saturdays per month
