Customer Service Representative

A leading medical technology organisation in London is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dedicated team.

Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, chat and other communication channels. Manage customer queries relating to returns, repairs, replacements and service requests. Process RMAs and maintain accurate records of returns, repairs and deliveries. Schedule field service repair calls and coordinate with internal teams. Update databases and ensure service documentation is accurate and accessible. Resolve customer issues efficiently, including return credits and product enquiries.

Support process improvements and contribute to a collaborative team environment. What You'll Bring:
Previous customer service experience, ideally within medical technology or a related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience managing returns, repairs, orders and customer enquiries. Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. A collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
