Customer Service Co-ordinator Part-time 10am-2pm £13.77 per hour Kettering NN16 Temporary with Potential to be made permanent after a minimum of 12 weeks Are you a customer-focused, organised and confident communicator who enjoys helping people and solving problems? We’re looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to be a key point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service, resolving queries and finding effective solutions.

Working closely with customers and internal teams, you’ll help ensure issues are resolved efficiently while identifying opportunities to continuously improve the customer experience. This is a varied role covering customer service, relationship management, communication, problem-solving and administration. What You'll Be Doing Providing a high level of customer service across inbound and outbound communications. Building strong and positive relationships with customers.

Responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and customer-focused manner. Handling complaints and working towards positive resolutions. Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions and support. Working closely with internal teams and field-based managers to ensure customers receive the right level of support. Supporting customer communications, promotions and service initiatives. Maintaining accurate customer records and information. Producing accurate reports and supporting the team with customer and business data.

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Creating and maintaining clear processes and procedure documentation. Supporting business projects and initiatives where required. Working with key stakeholders across the business to ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently. What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills. A professional and confident telephone manner. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office. The ability to work independently and take ownership of your work. A positive, proactive and adaptable approach. The ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering excellent service.

You’ll be someone who:
Puts the customer first. Enjoys helping people and finding solutions to problems. Communicates confidently and professionally with people at all levels. Remains calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations. Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Works well as part of a team while also being confident working independently. Takes ownership and follows through on commitments
