Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Are you fluent in Dutch and English and looking for a customer service role with a genuine work-life balance? I'm currently recruiting for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a leading travel business based in Edinburgh City Centre
.

Salary: 26,800 + 1,000 annual language bonus Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (no evenings or weekends!)
Location: Edinburgh City Centre - just a 10-minute walk from the train station

You’ll be supporting travel customers across phone, live chat and email
, taking ownership of each query from start to finish. Working as part of a supportive, high-performing team, you’ll help deliver an outstanding customer experience while working towards key performance measures such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Quality Assurance (QA) and Average Handling Time (AHT).

• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• Previous customer service or contact centre experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
