Dental Decontamination Technician position within the Oral Health Service. The role involves working exclusively in a decontamination unit carrying out all aspects of the decontamination process of dental instruments. Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

• Perform all aspects of the decontamination process for dental instruments.

• Desirable: prior experience in decontamination or a related field.
• Applicable work permission in the United Kingdom.
• Approved PVG Scheme membership/record (child and/or adult). If not a current PVG member, the applicant will need to apply to Disclosure Scotland and be deemed satisfactory before starting.

• Part‑time permanent post for 3 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, 8.30am – 4pm).
• Salary pro‑rata based on full‑time equivalent.

• UK work permit is a legal requirement.
