Fletcher Joseph are seeking talented and motivated Architects, Architectural Technicians or Technologists to join our recently rebranded Edinburgh studio.

Following a number of new project instructions, we are looking for highly motivated Architects, Architectural Technicians or Technologists with strong technical and delivery experience. Successful candidates will be confident working as part of a team to produce coordinated technical packages, manage planning and building warrant submissions, and support the smooth delivery of projects through later design stages. You will gain exposure to project leadership responsibilities and the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across the UK as your role develops.

We are interested in individuals with strong technical capability and a collaborative mindset who enjoy developing design ideas into well-considered, buildable solutions. You will work within a supportive studio environment on multi-residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

You will be self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team as we collaborate to meet deadlines efficiently. Proficiency in Revit and a sound knowledge of current Building Regulations are essential, and experience working on refurbishment or conservation projects would be beneficial.

Key attributes:

• Strong technical expertise producing information through RIBA Stages 3–5
• Experience working with internal and external design teams through detailed design and construction
• Ability to integrate technical and compliance information while respecting the integrity of concept designs
• Strong graphic presentation and verbal communication skills
• A positive team player who contributes to a supportive studio culture
• Experience in PBSA, multi‑residential or hospitality sectors (advantageous)
• Proficiency in Revit, with working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
