Associate level Landscape Planner

Job Overview

We are seeking Associate level landscape planners to join our Environment team in Edinburgh, working across the UK delivering sustainable development services.

Deliver work streams including Landscape Appraisals, LVIA’s, TVIA’s, greenbelt and greybelt assessments, and liaison with barristers for planning appeals. You will provide strategic landscape analysis to guide development principles, produce sustainable designs, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑profile projects.

• A degree or post‑graduate diploma in Landscape Architecture.
• Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute.
• Proven experience with LVIA’s, feasibility studies, landscape planning and design, supporting landscape statements and mitigation strategies.
• Track record in the energy and residential sectors.
• Strong technical report writing skills.
• Successful project management and effective organisational and communication skills, able to work collaboratively and independently.
• Proactive, strategic and analytical approach to support client requirements.
• Commercial acumen.
