What you’ll be doing
- Leading project delivery across RIBA Stages 3–6
- Driving technical quality, coordination and buildability
- Managing consultant teams and client relationships
- Overseeing Revit‑based workflows and ensuring model integrity
- Supporting the growth of the new Edinburgh studio through leadership and mentorship

- Senior Architect with strong delivery experience
- Proven track record on high‑density residential, HRBs, or large multi‑unit schemes
- Deep technical understanding and confidence on site
- Strong Revit capability
- Someone who enjoys responsibility, problem‑solving and making things happen
- A team‑builder who wants to help shape a new studio’s identity
