Architectural Technologist

An Architectural Technologist is invited to offer their CV to support a multi-disciplinary professional building and practice, based at our Cornwall HQ in St Agnes, Cornwall Office (an old bank). A great place to work and enjoy a lovely historic Cornish coastal village but close to Truro. We provide architectural services to private sector clients and organisations such as local authorities, government agencies, prime contractors and property developers and we seek an enthusiastic and capable candidate to work on a wide range of project types encompassing historic structures;

new builds (housing and commercial); civic buildings; and upgrade and refurbishment.

The role, working with our multi-disciplinary team encompasses property survey and assessment including planning applications and design development for Building Regulations submissions and contract document with works monitoring.

You should have recent experience working and living in Cornwall; be capable of use of common software such as AutoCAD; be self-motivated and ambitious. If you aspire to work in an architectural role, we would be pleased to hear from you. We may offer a trainee/apprenticeship position.
