Commutable from Hull , Beverley , Grimsby, Lincoln , Doncaster, Selby , York, Leeds
Hybrid roleHybrid role – Generally in the office 2/3 days per week
HOURLY RATEContract rate available on a PAYE or Ltd Co basis ( outside IR35) –£27PH – £35PH.
THE ROLEThis is a contract position for 3-6 months for an experienced Architect to join this multi-disciplinary practice.
Working across all RIBA stages
Developing architectural solutions from concept to technical design and construction stages
Attend site meetings
Liaise with stakeholders
Coordinate consultants
Feasibility work
Previous experience working as an Architect ideally with experience in housing , but all sectors of work considered
Be proficient with AutoCAD , Revit and 3D presentational software
Candidates must be a qualified Architect (ARB)
Direct working knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
The ability to run projects from inception to completion
Full driving licence
