Job Title:
CAD Technician
Location:

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000

- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to develop designs and drawings
- Produce construction drawings, plans, elevations, and details
- Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure compliance is achieved
- maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations
- Degree within Architectural Technology or another related discipline
- Relevant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice or consultancy
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent technical drawing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prepare and develop architectural drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable to the Edinburgh area
