As the dedicated primary clinician, you will oversee the long‑term health, preventive strategies, and acute care for members of the Royal Family. You will exercise maximum clinical autonomy, have full access to modern diagnostic technologies, and coordinate care seamlessly during international diplomatic itineraries.

• UK CCT/CCST, Irish MICGP, American Board, or Tier‑1 Western qualification in Family or Internal Medicine
• Recognised medical degree from UK, Ireland, EU, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand Board certification / CCT or equivalent in Internal Medicine or General Internal Medicine
• Minimum of 6 years of post‑licensure clinical practice in high‑caliber healthcare systems or luxury private medical services
• Minimum 8–12 years post‑specialisation experience
• Prior experience in private medicine, VIP care, executive health, or high‑complexity outpatient/internal medicine
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and ability to manage multi‑system chronic conditions
• Fluent English essential
• High discretion and ability to operate in confidential environments
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to the UAE
• Flawless English communication skills, profound diplomatic tact, and unwavering dedication to strict non‑disclosure frameworks
