• Two Advanced Nurse Practitioners
• Practice Nurse
• Nursing Associate
• Two Social Prescribers
• Experienced administrative and reception teams providing excellent clinical support

The Role

You’ll provide high-quality, patient-centred primary care within a supportive team environment.

Your role will include:

• Routine and urgent GP consultations
• Long-term condition management
• Home visits on a shared basis
• Participation in the duty doctor rota
• Managing clinical correspondence, referrals and prescriptions
• Supporting quality improvement and clinical governance
• Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team
• Teaching opportunities for those with an interest in education

We encourage all our GPs to pursue areas of specialist interest, quality improvement projects, leadership or teaching if this is something they enjoy.

• Delivers compassionate, evidence-based patient care
• Is keen to contribute ideas and help us continue to develop our practice
• Values collaborative working and continuous learning

Newly qualified GPs are warmly welcomed and will receive excellent support and mentoring.

• GMC Registration with Licence to Practise
• Inclusion on the NHS Performers List
• MRCGP
• CCT (or equivalent) and eligibility to practise independently in the UK
• Appropriate medical defence indemnity
