Supporting participants in practical tasks, problem-solving, and initial incident management, including first aid when required.

Acting as an ambassador for outdoor learning and The Education People’s values.

Excellent interpersonal skills with young people and adults, flexible, self-motivated, and safety-conscious.

Basic skills for repair and maintenance of outdoor activity equipment.

What you’ll get in return

Flexible, casual work on a day-rate basis with travel to exciting outdoor locations.

Opportunities to develop your skills and experience through training in outdoor education and adventurous activities.

Being part of a values-driven organisation with a strong commitment to inclusion, safety, and high-quality outcomes.
