We are currently seeking a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools across Shropshire.

Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher.

Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain on task.

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

Supporting pupils with their learning where appropriate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire pupils and make a real difference through Geography.

• Previous experience working with young people or in a school setting (preferred).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments.

• Daily pay: £90 - £110 per day (DOE).
• Daily pay: £130 - £180 per day (DOE) (additional).
• Ongoing CPD and training via our My-Progression platform.
