Daily Rate: £95–£110

Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–3:30pm)

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support learners aged 11–18 with a range of complex needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), physical disabilities, and profound learning difficulties.
• Work within small class groups alongside teachers and other teaching assistants to deliver personalised support.
• Foster trust and help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, families, and carers to support each student’s holistic development.

• Passionately about supporting young people with complex SEND.
• Reliable, empathetic, and confident in building meaningful relationships with learners and their families.
• Committed to long-term work and growth within a well-established SEN school.
