Academics Ltd. is seeking a SEMH Behaviour Support Assistant in Tewkesbury for a full-time position starting ASAP. This role is perfect for Psychology Graduates looking to gain hands-on experience with secondary-aged students facing challenges in a specialist environment.
You will support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, work closely with staff, and promote positive engagement in learning. The ideal candidate is resilient, passionate about SEN, and possesses strong behaviour management skills.
