JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYAre you ready to help shape the future of transport in the UK? We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, driven (pardon the pun!) individual to join the Transport Full Funnel team within Homes and Transport. As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality administrative and technical support to deliver marketing initiatives, coordinating activity that supports customer acquisition and onboarding across Transport and working with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist in the implementation of the Customer Lifecycle Management plan by supporting the Transport Acquisition & Onboarding team collaborate with Accelerator teams to deliver activity aligned to the Full Funnel plan.
- Support the briefing process into Growth, CRM, DE and Campaigns & Social accelerator teams for successful campaign outcomes that can be automated where possible and delivered as part of those teams’ BAU work.
- Monitor campaign performance & test & learn activity and produce reports from different accelerator teams, compiling the raw data into standard stakeholder packs.
- Stay updated on marketing trends, be curious to understand new routes to market, new data & technology.
- Maintain high standards of execution across all campaign work to ensure we deliver against target outcomes.
- Demonstrate a culture of strong collaboration, communication, and focus to enable pace of change and transformation.
- Full Funnel Marketing Planning & Execution – Assists with designing and delivering successful CLM plans across the funnel to acquire and engage customers and deepen relationships through cross-sell and upsell. Supports the development of cross-channel marketing activations powered by clear insight and analytical rigour to ensure we’re delivering incremental needs met growth for the business.
- Agile Models of Operating and Fast Paced – Supports agile methods and actively collaborates, linking across various teams and subject areas in agile pods quickly. Be curious about essential changes needed to enhance marketing agility (e.g. technology, tools, organizational development, work methods, etc.).
- Control Management – Assists with managing budgets, workflows, projects, and risks associated with marketing plans. This includes adhering to accurate budget management and showing the work in workflow tools like JIRA and Workfront.
- Commercial Competence – Reviews marketplace knowledge and builds a network across the business to make informed marketing decisions for the business area of alignment. Seeks knowledge and experience to enhance the commercial return from marketing plans aligned to the Group strategy, optimising activity against important metrics.

As part of the Group's commitments as a result of ring-fencing legislation, colleagues based in the Crown Dependencies are required to be exclusively dedicated to the non-ring-fenced bank and its subsidiaries. This means that colleagues who are based in the Crown Dependencies would not be able to undertake roles for the Ring Fenced Bank from their existing location and would need to consider relocation when applying for roles.
