Craigmount High School is a six‑year non‑denominational school located in north‑west Edinburgh that provides secondary education for around 1,400 pupils. The school has a highly dedicated team of teaching and support staff and is committed to raising attainment and promoting achievement.

Salary: £35,022 – £52,740 (pro‑rata for part‑time).

Hours:

35 per week.

• Deliver high‑quality maths teaching across the curriculum in a high‑achieving, ambitious school environment.
• Exercise a style that reflects the school's aims and values, promote a positive ethos of achievement, foster strong links with parents and the wider community, and develop the work of the school appropriately.
• Contribute to whole‑school life, supporting the pastoral care and social development of pupils.

• Preferred candidate will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check.
• If a candidate has spent a continuous period of three months or more outside the UK in the last five years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required.
• Applicants must meet the minimum job criteria as set out by the City of Edinburgh Council.
