St. Michael’s School is an independent day school for boys and girls aged 3–14, providing a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, resilience, and consideration. The Reception year consists of two small classes led by dedicated teachers and supported by experienced teaching assistants.

The 1:1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA), reporting to the SENDCo, provides individual support to a Reception pupil, helping them access a tailored curriculum and achieve their full potential.

• Provide one-to-one support to a Reception pupil.
• Assist in accessing a tailored curriculum.
• Help the pupil achieve their full potential.

• Ability to satisfy an enhanced DBS clearance.
