The Role - As an SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students with special educational needs across Key Stages 3 and 4 Provide tailored 1:1 and small group interventions Assist teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment Help students develop confidence, independence, and social skills Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and parents to support student progress The Ideal SEND Teaching Assistant:
