George Watson’s College in Edinburgh invites applications for a Head Rowing Coach to lead the school's rowing programme with expertise, developing a structured, innovative schedule across curricular and extracurricular sessions.
You will line manage a team of part-time rowing coaches, design inclusive sessions for all ages and abilities, establish a competition calendar, and provide pastoral care for pupils during travel and events throughout the season.
