Stepping Stones is looking for enthusiastic, qualified swimming teachers to join our growing team across North & Central Edinburgh.

Whether you’re looking to supplement your current teaching hours or build a full-time career in swimming teaching, we offer flexible opportunities to suit your availability.

12 hours per week

Teaching opportunities across North & Central Edinburgh

Opportunities to increase your hours across our wider programme, including morning, daytime, evening and private lesson delivery.

Our programme offers a varied teaching role, including:

• Learn to Swim group lessons
• Private 1:1 and 1:2 tuition
• Lesson cover and progression opportunities

Students looking to commit to regular weekend hours

Swimming teachers looking to increase their teaching hours

Teachers wanting consistent employed work

Instructors looking to build towards full-time employment

As our programme continues to grow, there are opportunities to expand your hours into weekday, daytime and private lesson delivery.

Unlike many swim schools, all of our teachers are employed members of staff.

We’re looking for friendly, professional swimming teachers who enjoy working with children and are passionate about delivering outstanding lessons.

You’ll be confident delivering engaging sessions, adapting your teaching style to individual swimmers and helping every child progress through our Learn to Swim programme.

• NPLQ
• STA Safety Award
