Salary: £33,596 - £51,932 (Upper pay range points UP2 and UP3 are subject to evidence of previous progression to Upper Pay Spine)
Job SummaryThe role is to deliver electrical installation courses at Deeside, delivering both practical and classroom based learning. You will support learners with additional learning needs and manage groups of learners, building good working relationships.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver practical and classroom based electrical installation training.
- Support learners with additional learning needs and manage behaviour.
- Build good relationships with learners and staff.
- Demonstrate empathy, resilience, flexibility and a sense of humour.
- Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 or equivalent in a professionally relevant subject.
- Minimum Level 5 teaching qualification (e.g., Cert Ed/PGCE) or working towards Level 5.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Self‑motivated, well organised, and able to work independently.
- Possess or be working towards a Verifier award.
- Possess or be working towards an Assessor award.
- Awareness of the importance of quality standards within teaching.
- Empathy and understanding of a range of learning difficulties/disabilities.
