Salary: £29,291 - £30,786

Location: Springfield

Hours: 37 Hours a week / 52 Weeks per year

• Deliver the personal development programme through tutorial lessons, covering citizenship, careers guidance, preparation for next steps, skills development, enrichment, and health and wellbeing.
• Support students with work preparation, including placement, and collaborate closely with work placement officers.
• Design and deliver differentiated tutorials to meet the needs of diverse groups.
• Communicate effectively across the college, build working relationships, and provide first‑class customer service.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.

• Previous experience designing and delivering outstanding sessions with young people (or equivalent ability).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver first‑class customer service and uphold the college values of Kindness, Unity, and Excellence.
