• Build positive relationships and work well in a team.
• Support pupils in the classroom.

• Minimum 2 years of recent relevant experience supporting pupils in a classroom.
• Good standard of education: 5 GCSEs (English and Maths C or above).
• Relevant, recognised qualification such as NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent.
• Share belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities.
