Empowering Learning in Bromley is seeking a Teaching Assistant for Special Educational Needs (SEN) to support students with autism and other needs. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to foster an inclusive learning environment and support individual development.
The role focuses on one-to-one and small-group support, assisting with IEPs and BSPs, and collaborating with parents and professionals to promote holistic growth of each student.
