Support Assistant (SAs)

Talbot House Children’s Charity has introduced a new job role and is now recruiting Support Assistants (SAs) to work in our growing school across Key Stage 1 and 2.

Working at the Charity you will:

• Work with SEN pupils and children with complex needs, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, trauma and attachment, some with multiple needs.
• Support small classes of up to 6 pupils, ranging from Reception to Key Stage 4.
• Frequent term‑time hours, Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 3:15 pm, and Friday 8:30 am to 2:45 pm, totaling 33.25 hours per week.
• Be paid a salary of £22,441.04 per annum, paid 52 weeks during term time only.

The suitable applicant will ideally have experience working with SEN pupils/children with complex needs. Experience with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, trauma and attachment is desirable.

We are a non‑maintained specialist school. Class sizes rarely exceed 6 pupils.
