Milk Education, in partnership with a high-performing secondary school in Brent, is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Assistant to join the pastoral team. The role focuses on supporting wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and personal development for secondary students.
You will work to ensure students feel safe, supported and able to thrive academically and personally, within a school known for strong pastoral systems and high expectations.
