Inclusive Learning Transition Co-ordinator

37 Hours a week / 52 Weeks per year

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying areas of support and completing quality Inclusion plans
• Transitions planning
• Ensuring accurate completion of Exam Access Arrangements

Ideally, you’ll have:

• A level 3 qualification in a related area or equivalent ability and demonstrable experience in providing exceptional attention to detail and customer service.
• The ability to work within a team, communicate effectively, and enjoy working with young people with SEND needs.
• The capability to demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity, and Excellence in your role.
