Speak Out Languages helps adults speak a second language with confidence through practical, communication-focused courses. The organization offers French, German, Spanish, Italian and Arabic classes across Edinburgh, Glasgow and online. Lessons prioritize speaking and real-life interaction rather than written exercises and exams, creating a relaxed and supportive learning environment.

The French Tutor will deliver engaging, in-person French lessons to small groups and individual learners at our Edinburgh location. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and teaching lessons focused on practical conversation, adapting materials to different levels, and supporting learners in building confidence when speaking French. The tutor will track learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Edinburgh.
