Swimming Teacher

We are sadly wishing our current swimming teachers a happy retirement, after both have reached 20+ years of service. This leaves an exciting opportunity for two new Swimming Teachers to join our team.

The successful applicants will join a department which enjoys an outstanding reputation and is staffed by qualified swimming teachers, PE teachers and a range of coaches and peripatetic staff.

Our swimming pool is of an exceptional standard, it is a twenty-five metre, heated indoor pool with two wet side changing rooms, toilets and shower facilities. We also have diving boards and kickboards and a deck level viewing gallery.

Located on an idyllic 87-acre campus on the banks of the River Orwell, Ipswich High School enjoys an enviable reputation of delivering outstanding academic results whilst maintaining a warm, welcoming and happy community of over 500 pupils, aged 3 - 18.
