Graduate Academic Coach (EYFS)
Location: Brierley Hill(DY5)
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
Start Date: September start - for the 26/27academic year
Salary: £500- £530 per week

! We are searching for an enthusiastic and driven Graduate Academic Coach to join the EYFS team in a supportive primary school in Brierley Hill (DY5). This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience working with EYFS students and is ideal for anyone interested in pursuing a career in education or psychology.

What You'll Do:
  • Work directly with students
    , providing tailored support both individually and in small groups
  • Lead engaging intervention sessions designed to help students reach their full potential
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to help create individualised learning plans that support the specific needs of each student
  • Help monitor and track students' progress, ensuring they are receiving the support they need to thrive
  • Liaise with parents to improve children's attendance
What We're Looking For:
  • A degree with a 2:2 or above is required
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people students
  • A proactive, creative, and adaptable approach to learning and teaching
  • An ability to inspire and motivate students, creating a positive, supportive environment
  • Previous experience in a TA or SEN role is a plus, but not essential - we'll support your development
