Job Description

As a Montessori Elementary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the Lead Teacher to support the implementation of the Montessori philosophy and curriculum in the classroom. • Support the development of students’ social and emotional skills, including conflict resolution, empathy, and self-regulation

  • Supervise play and lunchtimes alongside the Lead Teacher

As we like to take advantage of opportunities to learn outdoors — including art, nature school, and PE — it is important that the candidate is able to embrace this.
