Are you an experienced business professional or teacher looking for your next role in further education?

You'll join a further education provider in the South West, teaching business to learners working towards recognised qualifications. You'll bring your subject knowledge into the classroom and help students build the skills and confidence they need for employment and further study.

You'll plan and deliver engaging sessions, assess learner progress and support students to achieve their goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching business programmes across a range of levels.
• Planning and delivering classroom-based sessions for learners of mixed abilities.
• Developing learning resources and assessing learner progress against course standards.
• Providing timely, constructive feedback and tracking achievement.
• Supporting learners to overcome individual barriers to learning.
• Preparing learners for employment, apprenticeships and further study.

• A relevant business or subject-related qualification
• Experience of teaching business, or substantial occupational experience in the sector
• The ability to engage and motivate learners of mixed abilities

Desirable (but not essential):

• A recognised teaching qualification
• Experience of teaching in further education
