• Technical leadership of a team of electricians and electrical installers
• Coordination and supervision of all electrical QA and testing activities on site
• Ensuring proper execution of electrical inspections and commissioning tests
• Alignment and coordination with other supervisors and trades on site
• Monitoring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements
• Documentation and tracking of test results as well as quality deviations
• Support during commissioning of turbine and generator systems

• Several years of experience in the hydropower / hydroelectric power sector
• Experience with turbine and generator projects (strongly preferred)
• Experience in leading installation or electrical site teams
• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA), testing, or commissioning
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Very good written and spoken English skills
