We are supporting a leading engineering organisation recognised for its exceptional standards, high‑reliability product design, and commitment to technical excellence. They are now seeking a talented Electronics Engineer with strong RF expertise and a passion for system‑level engineering to join their growing R&D team.

This is a role for someone who thrives in complex technical environments and enjoys designing high‑performing RF and mixed‑signal systems from the ground up.

In this position, you will take a key role in designing, analysing, and developing next‑generation RF electronics. You will collaborate across hardware, firmware, and systems engineering disciplines to produce robust, high‑integrity products used in demanding environments.

Your work will span concept development, architecture, prototyping, and verification — ensuring world‑class performance and reliability.

• Design and develop RF circuits and subsystems including antennas, amplifiers, filters, and matching networks
• Lead or support system‑level design and integration
  , combining RF, digital, analogue, and embedded elements
• Carry out RF simulation, modelling, and optimisation using industry tools
• Conduct system bring‑up, debugging, and validation in a dedicated lab environment
• Work cross‑functionally to ensure seamless system performance and adherence to strict quality requirements
• Contribute to high‑reliability product development and continuous improvement initiatives

You’re someone who loves diving deep into RF behaviour while also understanding how the entire system comes together. You take pride in delivering elegant, reliable, high‑quality engineering solutions.

• Strong RF electronics background, with experience designing RF circuits and front‑end subsystems
• Solid analogue and digital electronics design fundamentals
• Experience with RF simulation tools (ADS, HFSS, LTspice, etc.)
• A passion for system‑level engineering and architecture
• Experience across the full electronics lifecycle - from concept to production
• Experience with microcontrollers, embedded systems, or FPGA‑based designs
• Exposure to regulated industries (defence, aerospace, medical, communications)
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations for RF devices
